Planning a mega trip around Europe in the far, far future.

Which beaches are fantasic and worth spending hours/days exploring and seeing anywhere and I do mean anywhere in Europe?

Any pictures?

Nothing nude, please keep it clean.

Ta

Beaches or coastline? On land, on water or under water?

If you just plan a road trip to make sand castles in different places you may miss the really good stuff.

Thanks done a lot in the UK including some of the above.

I'm planning of having my ashes scattered at Sandwood Bay btw.

What about around the rest of Europe?

Beaches, rocks, rock pools, cliffs, crashing waves but mainly sandy beaches in areas where sun is available much more than here.

Ta again

The Basque region of France - From the border North to somewhere like Messanges.
Rumbling Kern - not far from Boulmer in Northumberland - one of my favourite places on the planet.
Cullernose Point, just North of there - like Giant's Causeway on it's side.
Greece - island hopping.

Get the "Windsurfing and Kitesurfing guide to Europe", it's full of beach quality, area, town/villages/city info, food, access, parking, water quality, campsites/hotels, parking restrictions.. I could go on..

It was written just 2 years ago and still a bible for all us Kiteees and water/beach go'ers..

Invaluble.

Traigh Mheilin opp Isle of Scarp on Harris. When the sun's out it's simply jaw dropping...

In fact you are spoiled for choice almost anywhere in the Hebrides but that one's my favourite

Countless golden sandy beaches in Co. Kerry in SW Ireland. (it'll probably be raining though)

I like the sound of the Windsurfing and Kitesurfing guide to Europe but I'll need to save up the £45 for it.
I'm liking the idea of Croatia
