It was VERY, VERY green and had block quoting.

Also, forum profile pages were different all day and showed , anmongst other things, post counts.

yeah looks like they loaded up the new forum and now reverted back to the old one. The new one had a tick box for 'email when replies' and the fonts were different.

Still couldn't embiggerise on the old ipad but could go to last page on the mobile site.
That's good.
Or we could go back to last year's site.
That was best.

I actually had to do some work*. They'll be hearing from my lawyers. I just hope no government bods were measuring any spikes in productivity 😯

Don't worry they'll supplement it with some extra redirects to dodgy websites over the next few days.

Particularly cruel given your recent need to concentrate on household chores. If they had timed it right you would have all the motivation necessary!

Stuck in the hospital and they take my one form of entertainment / time wastage away 😥

I spend hours imagining what awaits when the forum returns and..........

It’s exactly the same.

The other massive disappointment is not seeing ten locked threads about this very topic only with bizarre title choices

I just lost patience waiting for the EU thread to open. This upgrade is ace !

The problem isn't at my end. Would it be faster if I tried with my old 56k modem?

Just for a vague attempt at something helpful for the techies, the speed is woeful on laptop (I've done a speed test and all checks out fine).

Mobile fine from the same connection.

Extremely slow here too.

I know, they could have told me beforehand and i would have explained that the inspection would have to wait until tomorrow because STW is down. I could have done it all today.

House looks really good, inspection done, no problems at all. Now to try and sort this xmas thing i have been hearing about.

Apparently it's not that long away?

I am a big fan of the admin not posting anything at all about what's been done, new features, the stuff which was removed etc. It's like they've gifted us the gift of working out what, if anything has changed.

It truly is a Christmas miracle!

It's dog slow here too, which makes it harder to post illtempered poorly spelled rants that you instantly regret (but will defend to the death with more illtempered poorly spelled posts)

I really like the maintenance screen though.
