Sorry for rant.
Ordered a widget 8 days ago. Options were Amazon or "a small family run bricks and mortar business since blah". Amazon will be on door step within 24 hours, small shop website says still operating during lockdown for mail order and delivery within 2-3 days.
Ordered from small shop. day 8 and still not delivered, check online order. Still showing as pending.
Gave them a call - sorry we had to order your widget in, give me your number and I'll chase our supplier.
Is it any wonder why Amazon are taking over.
