Listening on an android phone and all the songs have different volumes.
I can't find anywhere in the Apple settings or on my phone on how to equalise them.
It's a mixture of songs bought and streamed on a playlist.

Apple call the option to equalize volume "Sound Check" so look for that. On an iPhone it's in the phone settings in the "Music" category, but no idea where it would be on Android.
