Try 90% Pale Ale Malt , 10% CaraPilsen ( 30-40 colour ) .
Add approx 15gm AA / bl from Saaz , and then add a few gms of either Citra , Summit or Galeana 5 mins from the end of boil, and a few more 10 mins after .
Leave 20 -30 mins before cooling .

You Could try 85% PAle , 5% Malted wheat and 10% Cara.
Although the slightly higher Nitrogen could make it throw a chill haze .
Best way to keep it sparkly bright is to over chill your FV post fermentation , to as low as you can go ~ 1-2'C .

Cheers STM, the first one sounds good. Are these fermented cold or normal temp?

if you an get hold of Safale US05 run it 18- 19'C
If not and you can get S04 try it at 20- 22'C
If you are stuck with Nottingham try a pitch At 20'c and let it run up to 23'- 24'c.

Itll have to be done at room temp, so i'll probably use so4 as it probably the most nutral flavour. Im also using BIB. Will that affect any of the grain ratios do you reckon?

Nottingham/US05 are more neutral than S04 IMO
