Your money do as you like regardless of whether you give it to a rich person or a poor one.
There is no wrong in giving money away IMO and if you are a generous person you are a generous person.

I spotted it in The Telegraph!
I wouldn't put it past the Mail to have fronted the donation page.
I feel for the couple in question, but the story is basically that they pissed away a half-a-million pound property and are homeless due to their own 'poor decisions'. It's such an immediately divisive situation, it's paydirt gold for the DM.
