Can anyone recommend a (reasonably cheap) pre-amp/phono stage?
My 30 year old amp gave up the ghost and I have a Cambridge Audio that has no phono stage. A new amp isn't a priority at the moment.

Which model amp? Cambridge do an internal PS for some of their amps (my A1 Mk3 does)

Cambridge Audio Topaz AM10 is a reasonable price and sounds quite good. What type of speakers are you running?
