Are bloody gorgeous. Have been going to Croyde for longer than I care to remember,and have always wondered if their chips are worth the wait - always a queue when passing through Braunton.

Agreed. Good fish too.

Not as good as Armstrongs in Prestwich though.

We went round the corner once. It was fine just not as nice as Squires.
They also own The Williams Arms which does a nice carvery. The man also let's me have the really burnt bits of beefy skin. Yum .

They are a tad good.

The cod and chips special beat me last time. I hung my head in shame. Boy1 polished his off and then had an ice cream sundae. 😯

Tempted to try their new restaurant across the street. That was busy too.

Yeah,saw the new restaurant, not bad for a converted bank,perhaps some of the Lahndan boys should take note next time they **** up.
