Well not strictly a service but possibly a warranty repair! Watch away for 16 weeks possibly . WTF!
Yep always takes an age.....so you can save up for the 330 quid bill...I'll be using an Independant watch bloke next time...due in 2 years for me
Try Watches Of Switzerland. Went in with my Seamaster recently and was told that they can do quite a lot in house. Their turn around is much shorter apparently.
It keeps stopping randomly so hopefully under warranty so should be free! I can't believe it takes that long!
£175 to replace the clasp on a metal strap which got very badly bent after a fall - thought you would get a new strap for that amount. Total rip-off IME.
It's very much a seller's market though as you wouldn't put a non-Omega bracelet on there, would you?
(Seamaster owner btw, so allowed to criticise them!!)

Is it mechanical? Self winding?
My Tissot t touch is repaired by the same people. In the last year it has spent more time in for repair than on my wrist by a considerable margin. After the third time, I had a sense of humour failure and they only took 7 weeks to repair it.
It hasn't been great service, even when the problem is explained in detail, the watch is fine for a week then plays up worse. In the end, I demanded a complete new movement...
