If you can help me, you will be solving a mystery I have not been able to solve since 1982.
There was a video game for ColecoVision called 'Looping', that played a video song I do not know the name of. I heard it again on someone's digital piano demo recently, and couldn't believe my ears as I had originally thought it was just from the game.
Here is a demo of the game. The song starts just after the 1 minute mark in the video.
that's definitely a piece of classical music (have heard it before).afraid i don't know who the composer is though,as i'm no expert on classical, but it definitely is a classical piece.
Is it not Bach's 2 part invention n.8 in F minor? 😉
Did u read the comments?
Bach - invention 8
F Major. Shazam never fails 🙂
Brilliant! I am now slightly embarrassed for not having looked in the comments first, but then again, they are normally so vulgar and nasty on YouTube, that I would hardly think of them as a resource.
That said, thanks to all of you. After 33 years, I will now be able to sleep at night.
is it J.S.Bach Invention No.8 in F Major?
F Major. Shazam never fails
True, but neither do the comments to the video 🙂
Its no 'Jetsetwilly' soundtrack
If I was a rich man, yabba dabba doo (or something).

The mark of a true geek, identifying classical music by 8 bit game!
