Has anyone been able to download images from their Olympus camera since the forced move to OI share?
Olympus image share app was good. When Olympus moved out that market and the product was rebranded to oi the app has been crap.
Has anyone got it working yet ? Mines goes through the motions to download then says failed at the end.....
I've set up all the permissions as required and also deleted the Olympus app as recommended.
Any other tricks ?

Yep, mines working flawlessly with an OMD E-M1 MK1.
How are you trying to access it? Via phone or computer?
For computer works on TG-6 by setting it to storage and then just accessing it directly (via lightroom classic).
Never tried other methods though.
Well yes I can go back in time and plug it in as mass storage.
It’s a bit like stepping back from digital to film in this day and age though.
The app on the phone was seriously convenient when on the move.
Will try the apple version on the works iPhone and see if it’s any better

Tis a good cam once you understand it's limitations - mostly lighting.
It's the no worry aspect that's good. My phone is waterproof ip68..but only if you remember the charge port plug and if it doesn't fall out .....
The tg4 is just no nonsense water tight if the hatch is shut ...
Handy for paddleboarding /swimming /wet muddy rides.
totally, I've killed loads of cameras but the TG4 keeps soldiering onyear after year, producing much better images than phone camera also (IMO, though I tend to use phone -Samsung S10e- for wide angle, where the TG4 ain't brilliant)
