I hate CVs. Anyone know what the latest best way is to present a CV. is 3 pages too much?

2 sides max if you can, and all your important info on the front. Remember a prospective employer might have several hundred to read!

The advice I have been given by several recruitment consultants recently is that you do not need to keep your CV seriously short - 3 pages is fine. The trick is to get a summary statement right up front of your experience and key achievements over the last few years to make sure they are interested enough to keep reading to the end

Read till the end? I had boxes full of CVs still in their envelopes that never got opened (always make an small error in the company address in job adverts so you know which letters are CVs). If I couldn't find if they'd got the relevant qualifications in under five seconds it was binned. The CV got read properly if the three-paragraph accompanying letter was truly inspired.
