Hey,
A weird technical/engineering question. I've got a gaming chair, which has a rocking chair function, so you can tilt the chair back freely.
It has a knock halfway through, I've replaced the mechanism but it didn't solve it for long!
Anyone had this on their chair before, and found a fix?
Cheers!

Rocking should prevent knocking. Try putting a tie on the door handle as add added measure.
Failing that...
If you replaced the mechanism then it might be a connection to the mechanism which is loose and at acertain point the weight shits over centre and the connect gets stressed in the other side.
This place is good, but not that good.
I thought if things were rocking, you shouldn't bother knocking?
That's what Stevie Ray Vaughan said, anyway.
