Firstly forgive my lack of IT skills, as a geochemist I've inherited some of the easy IT tasks, however..
We currently got 20 odd 365 licences via vodafone, but their support is a joke.
We have the option of changing supplier of 365, maybe to BT, but fear this will also be a cock up.
So, maybe we go direct through Microsoft? is this something that is easy to do?
My current understanding is that vodafone have super-admin rights, we have user admin rights. This would move to microsoft having super-admin rights, which all sounds simple enough.
my worry is that we end up not being able to access any of our data or emails during the transition. Is this likely?
Also, if we have more than one provider, can we include that user to access our sharepoint?
