It won't let me sign-up because I don't use direct debit. I very much do use direct debit and if I actually try to set one up it fails because I already have one setup...

What it did do, was make me realise that WhatsApp has introduced channels (subscribed to Octopus channel so that I get notified of the special periods)

I genuinely thought this was a thread about mattresses.
I signed up the other day and got a couple of extra spins. Think I won about a £1 worth of points to knock off my bill. I’m assuming they will be more events to incentivise off-peak usage, cutting back etc. Doesn’t seem to be a downside but not life altering either.
