I dont generally use PayPal, apart from with Ebay, but this weekend I used it to receive a Paypal gift and make a payment to a German store in Euros.
Questions
The paypal gift payment says completed and the value of £40. But my account balance says zero ie I can not withdraw anything, does it take a few days to clear or some thing?
Also the payment to the German co. says Pending E63.85 does that mean the payment hasn't been sent yet? If it hasn't why not?
Can anyone explain?
