Bought a now tv hardware pack yesterday. Anyone got a reco on the best package? Or best programmes?

Typically with Now, you buy a package e.g, Sports for a period of time, then shortly before that period they email you a discounted off to keep it going.   Watch out for those.

Reco?

I buy the entertainment pass, plus the HD upgrade. I wouldn't pay the money they want for Sport and Sky Movies seems a bit of a throw-back these days.

Couple that with iPlayer, ITV hub etc etc etc and you've got a pretty decent choice for not much money, certainly when you consider how cheap the hardware is and how many screens you can have. Makes Sky multiroom seem a bit daft.

As above really - only have it for sports and 'plus' or whatever it is called so you get HD. Don't get reminder emails about deals, so I go in and pretend to cancel just before the offer expires and get a new one. With the plus pass you can watch on 3 devices at the same time so you could share it with a mate or two.

Set up an alert on HUKD for discounted passes (bit less often at the moment, you have just missed out on a couple in the last week or so though!)

Billions is a good watch

As above, go to cancel after a few months and they will halve it for 6m, currently paying half for the movies and TV package. Though haven't watched a movie on there for a while as they're not getting much new stuff.

I did watch Le Man 66 a few weeks ago, really enjoyed that and I'm not a motorsport fan at all.

I have been buying the sports package recently (+ Boost, because of course you have to pay extra for 1080p in 2020 :eyeroll:).

As others say, I started on a deal and then when it came pay the full £34 I clicked on "cancel", then "yes, really", then picked "I'm leaving as it costs too much" from the options, then "Ok, sign me up for another month " when they offer it for you for £20. Rinse and repeat every month.

Now just got Sky instead as the cost for Sky Sport + Netflix + UHD in the Black Friday deal was in the same ballpark as I was already paying for Sport in HD via NowTV + my top tier Netflix package.
