I have posted a few (ahem) times today on various threads.
The Fire Extinguisher one just keeps coming up with a 403 error.
Anyone else?
403 is the server rejecting the client. Is everything up to date on your device? If you're on a mobile, try whichever of Wi-Fi / mobile data you're not currently using.
Were you trying to post a gif or something? I kept getting that as the item isn't allowed, not me trying to post isn't allowed.
Put a 1 word reply in it to test.
I have occasionally had this on a few threads. Seems to be related to the actual content of the post (possible quoted sections - so maybe something to do with markup)? Are STW running some AI to automatically block particularly boring content 😂 When it's happened to me I've deleted various sections of the post until it "likes" it & lets it through! Just one more delightful quirk of this fine site 😃

There seems to be a glitch where it doesn't like certain words in (parentheses), possibly a false positive for reserved words? I tried to pin it down exactly but ran out of time in the edit window.
I’ve had similar when posting and ended up not bothering at all, as well as the page taking more than a minute to refresh after posting.
I guess when the new forum appears it will be fixed

... if I put the words command and system in brackets, it 403s. Either one on its own is fine. 🤷♂️
