Hi, we are off to Norway for 2-3 weeks in July. We live in Sweden, very near Åre (in the middle basically, around 3 hours from Trondheim)

We will be driving and camping, and I'll have my bike with me.

Where must we go?*

*We've been south a fair bit, Oslo, Lillehammer, Hafjell osv.

Geiranger. Difficult to think of a campsite in a more stunning location

I did exactly that route in reverse Ton, stunning route. And you're probably doing it the best way too, as the Southern part of the Lofoten Islands was the best in my opinion. (Though Tromso was far more interesting than Bodo, so not a bad place to end on really).

Don't miss the hike up to Reinebringen. Pretty much the de facto view of the islands.

The big boats spoil the view though...

We found some great riding on Lofoten this summer. There is a Lofoten guide book of walks and rides that we bought from the tourist info there.

Priekestolen is pretty impressive. Worth the run up.
