Shouldn't they be given access to a vaccine on humanitarian grounds? Has China offered to help them?
China has 1.5 billion of it's own citizens to vaccinate first and I doubt N Korea have the manufacturing capability even if they were given the recipie. I'm sure Kim Jong-un and his cabal will be able to secure enough Chinese vaccine to keep themselves healthy.
