Prohibitive insurance means no racing.

I read with interest the notion of payment from spectators. I have to say I agree. If it meant it secured racing then I can't see many folk against it.

The risks mean the costs are spiralling...

Yes a real shame if the season is lost. Going to the NW200 is still on my bucket list.

Must be frustrating for everyone - massive economic benefit to the area but no income for the organisers,

Really hope they find a way out,

TT3D: Closer to the Edge is on BBC iplayer at the moment. Remarkable film and worth rewatching.
