I did similar, I sold a lens and didn't have a cap for the body end so sent it with a complete working spare body I had, buyer gave me negative feedback!
I learnt my lesson, along with never sending two items to the same buyer in one package, the buyer then saying they only received one item!
Next time you sell something just put some poo / vial of the bad cat aids in with it. At least that way you'll deserve the negative feedback.
