I'm sitting on a train right now, from Cardiff to London, but stood on the platform for 90 minutes due to the storm-caused delays. I am now freezing, and my right index finger has gone white and lost feeling. It's been about 30 minutes.

OK, serious answer, wait a while. I got frostnipped at glentress of all places and lost most of the sensation in a finger and a half for about 6 months. Maybe one of the docs can tell you better but I just thought "keep an eye on it for a few days, see what happens" and when the feeling didn't come back, got it checked out. Nothing to be done but wait and watch anyway, for mine
