Happy new year all.

I have had a look and can't see the usual weight loss thread. I did it a few years ago and it was really useful to drop a few Kg which stayed off. Think its time to drop a few more and was looking for the annual thread as a bit of support and accountability.

Hopefully. I missed filling in the spread sheet for the last week or so of the club of 2022. The weigh in helped me keep track of my mass.
It shouldn't be too difficult to the calibrate the spreadsheet for the next 10 weeks running up to mid march?

Does this link work? Can we edit the data?

Link still works- I’ve changed the title & cleared start & target.

Think someone has changed the first few dates? Ill have another look tomorrow and do anymore changes if needed

That was me changing the dates. I couldn't work out the actual dates at the time of filling in!
When I checked back I saw that the title had been altered. 👍

timing for easter works well, got the Dirty River at the end of April and learned this year how much excess weight kills on climbs!

It was a few years since I did this, is there a specific weight in day, do we post on here start and target as a public statement of purpose!

Weigh ins have always been on Friday so we might as well stick with that.

If we start 1st weigh in this Fri (6th) that gives 13 or 14 weeks before Easter.

Usually put start & target on the sheet but can update the thread if you want
