On my third strap £22 each time to replace they say they don't have any  other problems and told me to upgrade to a non polymer strap £80!!!!! they will knock £22 to make it £58 but don't feel like given them any more money. Anyone had any issues with customer service or bad experiences with the watches!

Yes. Had one years ago with the same issue. Appears they have not resolved the problem.  Got fed up with it so moved it on and replaced it with CWC, far superior in my opinion.

Yes, replaced about a year ago. The new one seems ok.

I love the watch, but not the company. Battery doesn't last as long as advertised, so I fit it myself.

Is there any reason why you can’t fit a heavy duty ZULU strap, or a NATO?

As I thought the straps just perish!!! They said you must be catching them on something!!! Pins are always coming loose as well .

Anyone got any links to issues with the straps!

You could replace the strap with a two-piece ZULU strap, and fit bigger pins at the same time. Cost is negligible at around £6...

Plus there’s a whole bunch of colours to choose from.
