These seem pretty cheap compared to other vans as a bike carrier. Clearly you can easily fit bikes in the two seat version, but in the 5 seat version can bikes be put in with the wheels on if the second row of seat is folded?
Any other info or experiences?

I have the combi. Its brilliant for bike duties. It was a 7 seater. The rear most 2 came out permanently. The middle bench is removed leaving just a single rear seat so I can take 3 people. Bikes fit without having to remove wheels where the seat is removed. I havent tried to fit one in where the single rear seat is when folded. I suspect it just takes too much space up & a wheel would have to come off, or the bike would be at an angle.
I double tinted the tailgate & middle side windows & paneled off the rear most ones.
The 14" tires look rubbish. I went up to 185/80's which are 10% bigger & make it feel less frantic on the 5 speed. I wish I spent a bit more tbh & got the 110bhp model with the 6 speed box + cruise control.

EDIT I would have preferred the actual van, but confusion around weight & speed limits + more tax & insurance + bridge crossing costs pushed me to the combi.

I'm looking at getting a nv200 at some point this year for my business....

Id have thought with front wheels off you'd be able to get two bikes in the rear of the 5seat combi. But as oldtalent says your better off reducing the passengers to three and carrying 3bikes / people + kit more easily. Just check if the bulkhead is removable.

Also worthy to note that the 7seat version on the whole seems cheaper than the combi form my searching (less miles for same cost) - unless you want a panel rear portion with ply for commercial reasons? You can remove the rear two seats easily of the 7seater and sell on for about £350-£400 if you need the extra space.
The higher spec 110bhp version as also harder to find in the combi version, and very, very hard to find in the higher Tekna spec.

Don't search for navara cracked chassis whatever you do. Something to check for when viewing any vehicles.

Why would he do that if he's looking for an NV200?
