Try the Triskel, the café might be called Gulpd. The Quay Coop is also good for vegetarian/wholefood and the English Market (opposite the far end of the lane from the Triskel) has all sorts.

Elbow Lane is very nice, but gets packed and you can't book. The Market Lane next door serves the beer brewed at the Elbow Lane, which is very good...
Liberty Grill is OK, as is the Corn Store.
Palmento Pizza in Douglas is very very good as well 🙂
