was so nice to get out for a short (20 mile) road ride this morning few teething problems with pedal and gear change but all sorted now the "quiet lanes" were rather busy with ramblers day out drivers all that aside was great to get out !

Certainly was. So nice to see the sun and get some air in the lungs!
Didn't enjoy my canti-brake fail coming down the steepest hill though - the one with a 'cyclists beware, loose gravel' sign at the top. That was some scary shit!
Must go tighten that cable up!

15 local miles today. Thrashed them out before darkness after getting up late and having a 2hr drive.
