I've 1970's house with rear yard. It has a slight slope - about 2cm over 2m.
The concrete is original, reasonable condition.
My old shed (6'x3') I built up a 'table' of decking on stumpy legs as it was in a more sloping area at the yard entrance. Perhaps 8cm over 2m.
For the new shed, 14x8, only for bikes and light workshop, I'm thinking of two options:
- pour a sloppy mix into a wood former, as thin as I can to level the slab.
- pour a deeper slab into a wood former with some rebar(?) and order a garage with no floor.
- build another stumpy table to level the shed base, maybe using galv steel to save damp tracking up. This would be easiest.
- ignore the 2cm over 2m...
Thoughts?
Min thickness for concrete is 4in, so you’re either pouring a new slab or not.
I’d leave the 2cm drop, who-cares?
Take up the slack in the floor timbers if necessary, depends how you’re building the shed.
Chock it up a tiny bit to level it?

So long as it slopes to the door I'd say that's within tollerance for me .... All water will run out 🙂
Dad used to put sacrificial battens under our sheds (with roofing felt/dpc etc on top of them), could you do that with with some battens thinner than others (or thicker) depending on your perspective, leave slots as you then use scaffold poles etc to lever shed up to change battens
Cut two large wedges 2cm to nothing tack onto shed battens , job done
2cm over 2m is fine, get it done.
