Will be interesting to see whether this changes anything, only within the Congestion Charging Zone currently, much as the ULEZ.

Seems like lorries registered after 2005 are "ok".
Honestly have no idea on the age of vehicles running in the zone on a daily basis, but a guess at maybe 25% are affected?
