You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
Just had my first bill through from my new broadband provider and I've been billed for a few phone calls which haven't been made from my address as we don't use a landline phone.
I've called the landline account that has been linked to my account and is answered by an old women.
Anyone have a guess how the ISP have managed to mess this up or have we opened a portal to an alternative universe.
Plug a phone in and call your mobile so you can check you have dial tone and see your number.
If you have no dial tone, it'll be much easier to raise a fault than trying to explain a billing issue, I expect.
