Bought a new iPhone 6s on EE at the weekend. Worked for about an hour then 'no service' but the service reverted to my old phone.
Took it into the shop today, they swapped the SIM and put me onto EE, bingo it worked and my old phone stopped working.
Ten minutes later, 'no service' again but this time my old phone is still dead. So now I have no mobile phone service.
Is it just me?

Apparently it was.
Sorted now and for once I managed to defeat the STW hive mind 🙂

Didn't see the original thread but if you are travelling abroad don't forget to get them to turn on Roaming... 🙄
