Well, after all the hype around this i went to see it last night.

yes it had action and i did enjoy it but i found it to be very predictable (apart from 1 bit) and overall a little . . . flat.

Couple of ppl on here have seen it...

I thoroughly enjoyed it, wasn't disappointed as it finished the trilogy tying up the loose ends, loved the twists & humor. Was & still am happy to watch it again straight after (or soon)

I thought it was overly pompous and underly exciting. Overall, a bit rubbish.

And I like my Batman 🙁

it finished the trilogy tying up the loose ends

but left a blatant opening for a fourth film.

I enjoyed it despite the plot holes, but I did giggle every time Bane spoke. He reminded me of this guy:

A colleague said that Bane's voice reminded him of Tregard from Knightmare...

true a 4th (or more) could be made but not as a "batman" film
(lets leave it there to avoid spoilers for anyone not seen it and silly enough to stumble in)

best of the three. Could have been shorter without losing too much. Christopher Nolan needs to figure out how to use the 'edit' buttons.

I actually thought it should be longer. I felt there was quite a bit of "leap of faith" segments where you had to accept certain things had happened over a period of time without actually seeing them. I would hope a director's cut would flesh them out a bit.

it always amazes me when ppl comment that films should have been shorter, do they not have a long enough attention span? 😉
I go to be entertained, and if that entertainment went on for 3-5 hrs good god I'd be overjoyed...

I saw it last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was really really LOUD, which was brilliant.

I thought it was pretty crap all told. The amount of "oh ffs" moments soon started to add up.

It was a nice distraction for a couple of hours, but didn't set the world alight in anyway. Some clever bits, some dull bits.

definitely left room for a 4th,spoilers notwithstanding 😆

If anyone's daft enough to read a thread about the new Batman film who's not seen it yet, then they deserve to have it spoiled...

There seem to be a few here who missed the bit where Chris Nolan said, quite categorically, there will not be a fourth film by him, he said everything he felt he needs to say, and neither is he having anything to do with any Justice League movies.
There, hope that clears things up for you.
