Neighbours tree has fallen in my garden

Despite the entire family having no actual job they don’t seem to have mobilised an effort to even explain when they are going to shift it .

Fence was also destroyed when it fell.

My next course of action is?

Could you post something about them being really fat?
That always goes down well.

Otherwise, firewood!

Did it make a sound?

Are you really sure it’s not just an Ent that’s had too much old Toby?

Has there been any more damage in their garden? Maybe offer to go round and check out the wifes bush?

I suspect they consider it to be your problem 😉

Have you seen them since the storm? If not, they could be dead...

Keep it where it is. Like a feature to Spruce up your garden.

[s]Knock on their door and ask them what you're going to do about it together, as it's their tree, your garden[/s]
Nah, sorry, ignore me. That's a stupid suggestion.

Oakay, I can see this thread is pining for attention, but shouldn't we branch out and consider some other ideas. Fir instance, you could use it for firewood, but how about making a raft (you'd need a beech to test it). Just a suggestion of course - no need to larch onto it.

Is this an Israel/Palestine thing, and the tree is Donald Trump?

Might not be trump. Could be David Dickenson in a mask.

Are you sure it's not Mark Hamill in the next Star Wars movie?

Possibly the greatest thread of all time.

And funnier reading it again when you know the outcome at the start. With the added bonus of elfinsafety being a sore loser by trying to claim he knew all along it was a troll 🙂

Hora never really existed. He was a construct created by binners.

Have you actually done the 'go around to the neighbours and speak to them' bit yet? I guess we all assumed you had but if you haven't, well they'll be in, seeing as they don't have jobs so nip round now.

I assumed his saddle eventually got so high he achieved orbit and as he lacks the ability to adjust his trajectory in space is no longer able to return.
