Hmm, well much of London has snow, there's even some here in the centre of town! As a result, lots of people won't be able to get to work because of the lots of people who can't/won't make it to work (knock on effect, etc.)

Driving might be a mission, as might the trains. I'd stay at home, to be honest! Have a day by the fire with a nice book.

Mrs flatfish made it to central London from north Somerset this morning with no problems. She used the car to Bristol parkway then train to paddington and then tube.
It's just the work-shy fops in London village that are taking time off work.

If you are going along the M4 corridor (or using the railway into Paddington) you should be ok. Going along the M3 from the A303 may be an issue as we've had a lot (and yes I am expecting all the comments about how the south east grinds to a halt at the merest sign of a snowflake) of snow on the north and south downs last night, not sure about the line into Waterloo.

Try cross country to Bicester and then train it straight into Marylebone, or just drive but probably better coming in on the M4 or M40 than M3.

Its snowing in Bucks, but very little and the roads are clear.

Trouble is I have about 2 tonnes of exhibition gear to take with me. It may take up a few seats on the train. 😀

if i were you...
M4, then hop up to the M40 avoiding the M25.
M40 - A40, Marylebone

This side of town is clear enough, kent/surry are apparently at a standstill.

keep the traffic news on the radio
