What units would you use to measure fun? Need to settle a silly Friday afternoon argument in the office.

What medium does fun assume, fluid, solid or gas, can fun be compressed, diluted or concentrated.
I love fun

My unit would be Peggs.

One Pegg is equivalent to the amount of happiness experienced watching an episode of Spaced. It's quite a big unit, so millipeggs are more common.

Happyness (whatever that is) should be measured in smiles.

Doom is measured in Cressers.

"Bags of Fun....? "

Be careful not to mix these up with up with... fun bags.... which are, of course, "bags of fun" but might get you into trouble in the office.

I'm still working in imperial units of measures for mirth

Smallest unit = 1 Titter
Six titters = 1 chortle
12 chortles = 1 laugh
16 laughs = 1 paroxym
24 paroxyms = 1 Boyle (often fatal)

There are negative units of mirth, they are all measured in units of Miranda.

Almonds?!?

Ok, it's only a measurement of one particular type of fun, but I'm sure some of the more scientific boff's around could knock out a quick conversion formula for any other types as needed.
And granted, it's Imperial rather than S.I. , but I don't hold out much hope that the french will ever know enough about fun to devise a measurement.
The thing is, it's a set standard, and it's divisible, observable and quantifiable. So as long as nobody minds feet and inches, it's the best we've got.

Yay.....! Someone got it. I was going to say in my post that two is the lowest value for Bags of Fun and the unit only works in multiples of two. But I thought that might be a little derogatory, sexist and disgusting for this forum. So didn't.
But, hey, it's Friday. So I just did.
