MrsRNP has a few wonky discs in her neck that she's seen a specialist about. Anyway she gets tense upper back/lower neck that I massage and rub better.
The dishwashing discussion got me thinking that my time could be better spent doing other things than rubbing her neck and I could leave that to a mechanical substitute. We already have a mains powered massager but could do with one that doesn't need to hide in a box under the bed.
Can STWers recommend a neck/back massager that actually works and isnt going to end up in the cupboard with the footspa?
After being worked over at sports massage with a Theragun,Mrs FH (long history of neck/upper back pain) went out and bought one. It's made a really big difference and I am now the approved Theragun operator. 😃
Hitachi Wand?

We have a Homedics back massager that fits onto a chair, it's excellent when you have an achy back.
Sadly it doesn't quite get high enough to do the full neck.
I'm sure they do a neck specific massager.
