I'll be more intrigued to see what this one's version of 'Morning Report' sounds like with John Oliver reading it. More satirical, maybe; longer-winded, almost certainly?

Like Pikachu in the new Pokémon film, this is creepy as ****.

Why does anyone think semi-phototealistic lions are suited to young audiences is beyond me. Kids want cute looking, clearly ****ing imaginary lions.

Is this going to have blood and gore as well, or are we supposed to think that these photorealistic animals all get along?

Will the elephants and rhinos get shot in the face with high calibre rifles?

This must be a new definition of "Live Action" that I was previously unaware of...

The light-heartedness juxtaposed with the darkness of the original is my concern.

but in 10 years time it’ll look shit. Whereas hand drawn animation is timeless.

I agree with this although I thoroughly enjoyed the Jungle Book. Beauty and the Beast was a bit shit though. Basically a shot for shot remake, which just seems pointless. Might as well watch the original.

A remake of one of the greatest films of all time. I am excited and worried at the same time.

Looking forward to seeing what Scar, Timon and Pumbaa look like.
