Pacific Rim- I'd like to see it again for the first time, but I don't know if I can be bothered to watch it for a second time

Iron man 3. Dull repetitive predictable tosh with crappy cgi thrown in as a final bonus.

The Hunt. Really harrowing film that stays with you.

I'd like the 2 hours of my life that I wasted on that last Bourne movie back though.

Oldboy, have absolutely no idea why ppl keep raving about it.
BTW I loved gravity in 3D at the cinema

DezB, what did you think of the movie? Trailer looks really good fun (which maybe all the good bits?)

Snowtown. Great film but dark, uncomfortable viewing.

I was quite "meh" about that one too. I spotted the twist about 2/3rds of the way through

TrollHunter. It was highly rated on netflix but I thought it was terribly boring.

Oldboy, have absolutely no idea why ppl keep raving about it.

Are you talking about the original Korean version (which is frankly fantastic) or the presumably terrible western remake?

Enders Game, was pretty good but having read reviews the book sounds even better and has sequels.

1. Oldboy is awesome 🙂
2. I enjoyed Gravity too.
3. Lego Movie was awful. Probably ok if you're under 10. But unlike quality (eg. Pixar, Aardman) kids' films, it has nothing, absolutely ZERO entertainment factor for adults. It is PURELY A MARKETING TOOL FOR LEGO. (we went into Tescos next to the cinema and all the Lego Movie toys were prominently on display). I didn't really want to see Robocop, but my kid had the choice of that or Lego and unfortunately chose Lego.

Pulling my eyes out with a red hit poker would have been more enjoyable
