I've seen it loads when out in the hills and know it can be bought as many baskets in the Peak have it. Anyone know what it is?

I've got them in a couple of planters on my balconette. But they're pretty much at the end of their season now; they flower from about May/June through to August.
Beautiful blue colour, really intense. Good spread from even very small plants. Very easy to grow, even in crap soil. Ideal for planters, beds and baskets.
