After an of on the snow about two months ago thats the diagnosis. The haemathoma in my quads decided to calcify and become bone like.
Not much painfull in normal use and when taking it easy on rides say 3 hours at 60%.
But wanting to know how you coped. Docs tells me it takes a long time to heal.
No treatment? And says pine will tell you when to stop no pain during the ride but some 3 out of ten afterwards did I go too hard or too long or is that fine?
