When I tried to log on to my hotmail account I got a screen saying my account had been blocked. It then said if I gave a mobile no. I wuld be sent a code to unblock it. I did but have had no code despite repeating the procedure over three days. What can I do next?

My Hotmail account was hijacked by a chinese spambot and was blocked. Despite me answering the questions on the reclaimation form, Hotmail wanted yet more information that I didn't know the answer to (and who knows their MSN ID?)
The best thing you can do is to walk away from Hotmail, it's as loose as a clown's pocket. I've set up a free account with Yahoo (Rocketmail). Every now and the you are asked to enter a Capcha code before your email is sent, it can be a pain in the ar*e but at least it should (hopefully) foil those pesky spammers!
