I need some boots for rock pooling. Bought some altberg warriors but the sole is dangerously slippery.

Haix airpower have a great sole but even though goretex lined leak worse than my crocs.

So quite high up the leg, comfy to walk in , really grippy sole and waterproof.

An option might be to stick with the Haix if you like the grip, but get some high-leg Sealskins socks and wear a thin pair of sport socks inside those.
Because I’m outdoors all day, even though my work steelies are supposed to be waterproof, on cold wet days they can get a bit damp inside, and with the steel toecap they feel uncomfortable, like my toes are actually wet, so I put my Sealskins on, and it’s instant toasty toes!

Wellies?
Look at Grbubs Boots, some of them have a Vibram sole, pretty grippy. And neoprene uppers, much comfier than your usual cheap wellies.

If you want a bit of dexterity and grip on the rocks maybe something like light, grippy trainers over sealskins or Reed Chillcheaters - except that the shoes will get wet and wear something light that will drain but keep your feet warm/dry
