My daughters, 7 and 11, have decided they want to make their own websites.
Limited content, putting recipes online and will be strictly controlled etc.
How best to do this? It looks like Wordpress is a good option, but I want to ensure I'm fully in control of passwords / content etc. Can I manage this from one account - making multiple sites with different domain names?
If not, any advise on how best to do this?
Thanks.
I'm not sure about all the parental controls side of things, but I used Wix to make mine.
All fairly simple stuff and nice to be able to try out all sorts of templates for design and layout.
Google sites 🙂 my son and several of his mates managed it pretty easily when they were 7ish.
WordPress will do it. You can get a free something.WordPress.c0m site. Each one will be stand alone but you can have the admin password. To do multiple sites from a single account I expect you would need to pay for it. I don't think that's needed, though. The stand alone thing works pretty well and you can give them all the same password
