my partner is in bits, poo i know. his wife works for us and is a fantastic sales person. their marriage is in flux, he is in bits, she at this time is afloat on a boat.
its all going a bit wrong, I have done the right thing about him finding a safe place for him, supporting her, support for him, kids, cat , dog, et al and all the right stuff.
Now me..................the bloke has helped me through $h1T over the last few years and I love the guy to bits....................i feel exposed now

Hmmm... not easy. I would say however that you just have to try and support both parties,BUT do not do it to such an extent that it impacts on the business. We are about to go under for many reasons, but one big reason is that my Director is going through a messy separation and his head has not been with the company for probably 12 months now. He has drummed up no new work, nor contributed to the running of the company.
