Years ago I started a thread and we all took pictures of our bikes in our cars.
I need a new car , so can we do another one to help me narrow it down?

Giant Reign in a C1, would not recommend it as an MTB car! I borrowed it from my daughter for a few months while my van was off the road. I was very happy when I got my van back 🙂

I've always wondered if I got nice car like the tvr above and my bike fit in, would I be prepared to park said nice car most of the places I ride from?

Tonight it's the middle of the woods, where the odd boy racer cruises up and down

Grenoside- nope

Cannock- nope

Stile cop- nope

The peaks- maybe, depends

If you can see it under all the other detritus. Currently heading home after a week away with the OH in a holiday cottage so it's buried by walking gear and Mrs Bloke's voluminous baggage.

Skoda Octavia Mk IV estate.

M/L Bird AM9 29er wheels on in a Ford Galaxy, rearmost seats and centre middle unbolted. Will also fit on its side with all seats in and folded down.

Large Privateer 141 in a Volvo C30, bit of a faff due to the stupidly small boot opening, Glad I've usually got the van for bike duties!

There’s Listers orbea rallon and my old alpine 160 lurking in there along with a week’s worth of riding kit in an Abarth 500.

Then we have my orange crush and my son’s zest in the back of my Alfa Giulia  I think I must have had the macride with us as H’s car seat is in there as well

Posted already with a pic of one bike and a week's worth of holiday luggage. Was out today with 2 bikes. Giant Trance and an On One Scandal each with the front wheel off in an Octavia estate.

Absolutely! Let's revive the tradition! I'd love to see everyone's bikes snugly tucked into their cars again. As for your new car dilemma, the Ford Grand C-Max sounds like a promising option with its spacious interior and flexible seating arrangements. However, it's always helpful to hear from fellow enthusiasts about their experiences with different vehicles. So, let's get those bike-in-car pictures rolling and gather some valuable insights to help you make the best choice for your new ride!
