Sciatica has been playing up recently, Monday night I had a proper big back spasm. Lower back pain, pain down both legs, struggling to stand up, easier to get about the house on all fours. Saw the quack this morning and signed off until the 16th.

Now on a cocktail of paracetamol, declafenac, codeine and diazepam. In between bouts of dribbling and falling asleep I've got the whole of the internet to explore. I've tried catching up on the books, but I read the same page 3 times earlier, and it still doesn't make much sense.
