in August 2018 the rear brake adapter snapped on my Trek Session 10... I have scoured the web ever since for a replacement part, with no joy at all...I just happened to join a Vintage DH group, where I posted up a pic of the busted part..... within mins a lad from Poland replied with a web link to the part that I need, it was on Ebay Singapore.... paid for the part and it arrived within 2 weeks..... the old gal lives again.... been busy assembling parts for the rebuild...Looking forward to hitting the DH trails with her once again.....happy days...

Shock mount OK? That seemed to be where most failed.
aye, shock mount is fine.... it was the rear brake dropout that snapped...I sold the boxxers a few weeks before I located the replacement part....but luck would have it I was given a set of shiver DC's a few days afterwards...
Yikes! That looks like it was destined to fail from the moment it was designed.
it did last 11 years before it gave up the ghost... the new replacement is a great deal more beefier...and no doubt will outlast me..... 😉
