You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
I am old-ish and have zero interest or desire for streaming music. I use bandcamp to buy new music mostly, so I can download it and keep on my phone. I want to continue doing this but with a bit more available choice than you get on bandcamp. I used to use Amazon music a fair bit, but hate the way it works now, especially the phone app, and you can't seem to download them to keep, which I resent!
Any recommendations please for a decent service. Just to be clear, I want to buy and own the download. Nothing dodgy, and nothing techy as I've no interest in fiddling with software or anything like that. Search, buy, keep. Thanks!
I've used these in the past - all been ok, some have a bit more niche choice than others:
Juno, Bleep, Traxsource, Boomkat, Qobuz, HDtracks, Highresaudio, zunior, 7digital, high definition tape transfers.
Of these, I use Juno, 7digital, Bleep and Qobuz the most.
Me too! I'd been thinking of asking this question myself. Sometimes you can buy and download from individual artist's websites but I'd like a broader place to search for and buy DRM free MP3s.
Hmm, I'd used 7digital in the past but thought it'd gone belly up. That'll do.
