So, having staved off the wife's request for going to NY for a shopping trip before Christmas (TWO GRAND!!!) Munich looks good for a long weekend away prior to the holidays.
However, I missed out on going there when I lived in Erlangen, so I have no idea where to go for shopping or nightlife. Does anyone here know where the shops are and where's good to get some decent local beer and food (yes, I do like weissen and weissewurst)?
